This post doesn't make the least bit of sense to me. Elaborate. What controversy? What's wrong with a good amount of members? What does popular have anything to do with not letting him put up betas?

I agree with Jellybones. What the heck does that post even mean?

Skyninja pmed me and Dr.Pepper saying we were trying to steal users. That was the problem. And we want to get users slowly. Anyway, we had 11 users in 8 hours.
More than usual in a day.

the BETA can be downloaded in Wadbase now, without registration

Doesn't really matter. Skyninja actually threatened to 'get rid' of all users that used Wad Heaven permanately and even shut it down. What did you think I would do? We were hardly ready for this anyway.

How would he shut it down? Haxxorz? He owns this forum server?

Any staff in Forumotion can delete forums. So he can just contact them and poof, there goes this place.

Why? They said that there's no problem with posting betas on Wad Heaven as long as you don't use it as an attempt to gain members by making it exclusive to users that join here.

There's only about five people that post here, and one or two posts per couple of days.
