SRB2 Colloseum
SRB2 Colosseum, or SRB2C for short, is a multiplayer-only mod that has maps from many different map makers, and mine's. It's currently got a circuit rotation that's literally halfway done, a finished match rotation, and a CTF rotation that's got like 4 maps (But I'm really thinking of taking one out.) The mod includes awesome custom music for some of the levels. :excellent:
Before I start posting screenies, some credits to all the really nice people who contributed levels:
Instead of stretching the page I'll do links.

Scorching Factory Zone. It sucked when I entered it into the contest, but I hoped that I fixed that.

Volcano Park City, by your one and only Darkness Claw.

Glitch City, a level that doesn't make any sense at all...but can get away with it.
https://2img.net/h/i62.photobucket.com/albums/h118/Chao_Master/srb20014.png
Jelly's Lair. Has similar gimmick to Zim's base, being, that you are shrinked.
https://2img.net/h/i62.photobucket.com/albums/h118/Chao_Master/srb20004-8.png
Chemical Base. Tubes inside the factory take you outside, and slime does not hurt you here.

Sahara Temple. Try not to accidentally step in quicksand..

Factory Zone, the fight takes place inside and surrounding a large factory.

Bohemian Raspberry, which I consider my best match map. Also awesome music.

Gritzy Gultch. With a huge death pit in the middle, try not to fall in!
https://2img.net/h/i62.photobucket.com/albums/h118/Chao_Master/srb20000-20.png
Treehouse Sanctuary Zone. Choose to take the battle in the treehouses high above, or down below where the lakes and falls are.
https://2img.net/h/i62.photobucket.com/albums/h118/Chao_Master/srb20009-1.png
Sewer Network Zone. This water's green...I hope it's not what I'm thinking it is, because it's in almost the entire race!
https://2img.net/h/i62.photobucket.com/albums/h118/Chao_Master/srb20000-23.png
Enter Daimondus. Lush green landscape, lakes...don't get too absorbed in it. Their's probably sum guy in ur base rite now, stealin' ur flag.

Fort Bowser. Navigate Bowser's fortress as you try to steal the enemy flag, but try to steer clear of the evil King himself.
https://2img.net/h/i62.photobucket.com/albums/h118/Chao_Master/srb20001-16.png
Space Base.....NEW and IMPROVED.
Any of my old level in this mod (Bohemian Raspberry, Glitch City, Citrus Circuit, Candy circuit..) have been improved as much as possible. Citrus circuit has been renamed to citrus circumference zone, and candy circuit is now known as Candy Mountain zone.
This is the latest level I'm working on:
Primeval Tomb Zone. Takes place outside and inside a pyramid, ridden with booby traps. And treasure? Maybe.
https://2img.net/h/i62.photobucket.com/albums/h118/Chao_Master/srb20020.png
Just a little bit before the start. As you can see, there is one pyramid ahead of you that you are supposed to enter, and another in back of you...but for what? There's also some smaller structures surrounding these two bigger ones.
https://2img.net/h/i62.photobucket.com/albums/h118/Chao_Master/srb20021.png
Gee, what a pyramid. It's pretty empty, but what's that black thing? Hmm, maybe I'll step on it!
https://2img.net/h/i62.photobucket.com/albums/h118/Chao_Master/srb20022.png
Somehow stepping on that has teleported you a long, thin hallway. (Don't worry, it's not cramped. I know better then that.) If you want to make it through this hallway you really have to think fast, because there are mines and spikes everywhere, making you jump over spikes and spin under mines, constantly.

A small path through one room, simply leading into the next. Don't fall off the sides or into the crack. Why?

https://2img.net/h/i62.photobucket.com/albums/h118/Chao_Master/srb20027.png
Another hallway like the earlier one, but I find it a little harder. It's also much wider, and it has small transculency effects when you are going through it signaling that at the end of this hallway is the escape from the pyramid.
https://2img.net/h/i62.photobucket.com/albums/h118/Chao_Master/srb20028.png
So that's what the pyramid behind you was for! Well, you're out. Now to do this again 3 more times.
As you can probably see from the shots, the level itself is complete but really bare. It's lacking scenery and some other booby traps. Please, if you want to beta test PM me! I really need it! Badly, I need ideas and criticism, and not just for this level!
Also, if you want to squeeze your own level somewhere in this mod, just PM me the level and I'll give it a look-over. The match rotation is finished, so race and CTF levels would be the most helpful.
I'm probably going to include one co-op level where you can just press buttons to hear the custom music from this mod, but I am unsure how to do this and the wiki is very unclear to me. If anybody would like to help me make this, that would also be appreciated.
Here's the latest version I have, included all the levels shown, and then some. Note that Primeval Tomb Zone might still be in progress. I haven't decided if I like it as it is.

Enjoy, and feedback or any kind of attention at all would be appreciated..

Once I'm ungrounded and my laptop starts working again, do you mind if I whip up a Match level for this pack?

The match rotation is done, but I wouldn't mind at all. Making a CTF or circuit would definitely help more, though.

Re: SRB2 Colloseum
This is the newest finished level in the mod, Sewer Network Zone. It's circuit. It takes place in the sewers and briefly in a lone alley. Includes teleports and reaaaaaaaaalllllly long falls.
You start the race falling from that hole. There's no way to get back up there, so you'll just have to navigate the sewers.
You'll be be neck-deep in waste for the majority of the race, so thokking is encouraged. But there are obstacles that will slow you down, usually these cans of waste which have somehow found their way into the sewer.
This is one of those falls I was talking about. It's not the longest one though, and that's not the entire drop you see in the shot. I was more then halfway through the drop when taking this! Anyway, when you reach the bottom you'll arrive in an even dirtier, deeper, and darker part of the sewer.
This is the darker part I talked about. There's a bunch of pipes blocking the way, so you'll have to go around the oddly placed rock to reach the pipe on the other side.
Fresh air! The pipe takes you back up to the surface. It's a nice, snowy day with lots of flowers.
...But, this is circuit. So back to the beginning. This is the longest drop in the level. (-12000 fracunits.) You'll arrive back where you started.

Also, in Gritzy Gulch, it's nearly impossible for Sonic to get out of the pool in the middle. Or onto the cactus plateau for that matter. Can you get to these places with Sonic?

You need to spindash into spring in the pool to reach those places. Even if you are Knux or Tails, that's a much faster way.

Re: SRB2 Colloseum
Some screens, new and sort of old.
Aero Alcazar Zone. It was going to be a sky-castle-themed level but I didn't want to do that again like I did with Bohemian Raspberry. Anyway, as you progress through the level you go higher and higher, until you reach an island in the sky. (Those smaller floating steps just lead up to it.)
Enter Volcano Park City, made by Darkness Claw. Takes place in a city with a large, violent and active volcano right in the middle. You race as you try to avoid lava and city ruins. There are also some easter eggs in this placed by Darkness Claw himself.
Remember this one? Yeah, and it sucked. Big time. But I fixed that! There are now walls here and there so you know where to go. There's even a new small area somewhere in there. (The instant kill sector is gone, and so is the super sonic.)

I'm not sure if I understand the question. The download link in the first post is the latest public version. The reason I can't put a download link to the current version I have, which is the latest, is because there are currently two maps in there that are going to be in the SRB2MB's level design contest. Those maps are volcano park city and scorching factory zone. So until the level design contest at the SRB2MB releases it's pack, then I might release this latest version. But I want to completely finish Aero Alcazar zone first, at least.

New download link. Couple of new race levels and a finished match rotation, and some teeny changes to smaller things. I especially like the new intermission screen music.
I'm going to fix Scorching Factory's first turn, since it might be confusing to some.
I want your feedback before I release this beta to the SRB2MB, so please, feedback.

Re: SRB2 Colloseum
Yeah, another update. Fast huh?
After playing a netgame with Filio (Thanks, by the way.) He pointed out to me some things that would have never been fixed if we never played. I also fixed Scorching factory's thok barrier problem, and added arrows so you wouldn't get lost at the first turn. Sewer Network zone's tiny little sidewalks are now gone, and Aero Alcazar has a new star post near the end so that you can't jump back to the beginning.
http://www.sendspace.com/file/r37x17
Also, Jelly's Liar is soooo much more fun then I thought. Enough of my rambling, here's a link. Thanks Filio.
In other news, I'm in some need of help. Mostly for level ideas, and the music room. The music room is just a coop level with one room that has buttons where you can play the custom music. The wiki isn't specific enough, so if anyone is kind enough to help me with this I'll be very grateful. My other thing is, level ideas. I've been dry of them for some time. I've got level themes in mind, but what I'm looking for is maybe an idea for gimmicks. I've been trying to make a NIGHTs race level, but, uh...it just turns out strange. Any help is appreciated. Also, there's quite a few easter eggs in this mod. Some easy to find, some not. Can you find them?

Re: SRB2 Colloseum
I've taken Aero Alcazar out of the pack. Why? I didn't like it.
But I've been working on another circuit level, Primeval Tomb Zone. Takes place outside and inside a pyramid, ridden with booby traps. And treasure? Maybe.
Just a little bit before the start. As you can see, there is one pyramid ahead of you that you are supposed to enter, and another in back of you...but for what? There's also some smaller structures surrounding these two bigger ones.
Gee, what a pyramid. It's pretty empty, but what's that black thing? Hmm, maybe I'll step on it!
Somehow stepping on that has teleported you a long, thin hallway. (Don't worry, it's not cramped. I know better then that.) If you want to make it through this hallway you really have to think fast, because there are mines and spikes everywhere, making you jump over spikes and spin under mines, constantly.
Don't jump too high.
A small path through one room, simply leading into the next. Don't fall off the sides or into the crack. Why?
That's why. When inside the quicksand in this level, you can't even move. The only way to get around it is to jump, thok, jump, thok..
Another hallway like the earlier one, but I find it a little harder. It's also much wider, and it has small transculency effects when you are going through it signaling that at the end of this hallway is the escape from the pyramid.

So that's what the pyramid behind you was for! Well, you're out. Now to do this again 3 more times.
As you can probably see from the shots, the level itself is complete but really bare. It's lacking scenery and some other booby traps. Please, if you want to beta test PM me! I really need it! Badly, I need ideas and criticism.

PTZ was great, but in race, you don't need to touch the checkpoint, so make a checkpoint zone in the 2nd checkpoint.

Re: SRB2 Colloseum
When I was at the part after the 2nd checkpoint, I went through it, but I didn't past the lap. Later I found that I needed to TOUCH the checkpoint, which in race, you don't need to touch it.
