Fawful was the supporting villain in Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga, and I think he's the main villain in Mario and Luigi 3. He also had a cameo in Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time, and there was a reference to him in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.
